opportunist hawk

Went to feed the hens this am only to find they had a visitor. Wee birds often go in to seek food and now the hawk has cottoned onto an easy meal.

Re: opportunist hawk

I love little sparrow hawks, one nearly flew into me yesterday while chasing a very angry blackbird - it missed it though!! Cool pic - bet he got a bit of a shock when you opened the chook house!!!
