Re: Turkey?

Awww, he sounds great, are you concerned about getting him a mate or wondering if he really needs one?

Re: Turkey?

Somebody told me that if i get him a female he may bacome aggresive towards people and my little chickens, i don,t know any turkey people so not sure if this is true or not, he seems happy with the chickens for company but i wonder if he would be even happier with another turkey friend.

Re: Turkey?

It would be very hard to say. I am not a turkey behaviour expert, but I would suspect that it could go either way. As long as he is getting social stimulation and you don't ever want to breed from him, then he sounds like he's doing ok?
Advice from any turkey owners would be good if there are any on this forum!
