Scaley legs

I have some Warrens only about 18months old and a couple of them have developed very scaley legs do I need to do anything to them or should they just be left alone.

Scaley Leg is caused my leg mites and should be treated. There is a preparation on the market thats sold in most farming, animal husbandry or vets shops. You will need to withdraw the eggs from consumption for a while, read the instructions.

I agree, they need treating or it will incapacitate them. We tried using Vaseline but it's not effective. The vet can give you something that can be sprayed on the feet for a course of treatment until they are better. Scaley leg mite will travel across perches and infect all your birds. Good luck
