sammykins is an unknown quantity at this point
Re: advice please.

I have 2 Aylesbury ducks which are large, they dont fly around and i think the way my garden is they wouldnt be able to get a good run as my fence is also quite high. Still i think they are happy here with me so i dont think they would want to go anywhere else !! lol.

I have a male and female and its only the female who makes noise, mainly when i go in the garden when she gets excited! but i dont hear her when im inside and i have asked my neighbours if they bother them, and they said they dont hear them. She has lovely eggs (1 a day) and they are lovely pets to keep. Apart from cleaning their enclosure area every day using the hose and also cleaning their bedding in their house every week (if lucky). I give them fresh greens once a day and top up their bowls with egg shell, layers pellets and mixed corn. Thats literally it. I dont mind cleaning it as its very rewarding having happy healthy ducks. They have access to a pond and i put them on the grass to forage a couple of times a week.

I havnt looked much into other breeds, i literally saw these in the pet shop and i had to get them out of there and looked after.

I love em!! good luck on what you decide to choose x
