Hi My mum bought me another chicken a couple of weeks back we got told it was a young hen it looked quite young when we saw it. we took it home and it walks really funny and is quite small and thin. we then bought a chick and it has been mothering it its comb is really big and red and it has the build of a rooster (looks like the kellogs one a bit)
it does not crow but nothing supprises me as the hen I hatched crows ¬_¬ (defo a hen has layed eggs) so i want to know will it mat ewith the other hens that I have or is it too old?

couldnt you post a photo so we could see for ourselfs and then we could give a better answer
