Charles Lee Johnson allowed his CHAINED dog, *Hooch*, to STARVE TO DEATH in Nov 2009 Pensacola, FL. Animal Control was called out, and they in turn, called out the Escambia County Sheriffs Dept. At that time, Johnson was charged with 2 misdemeanor counts (UNLAWFUL CONFINEMENT ABANDONMENT OF ANIMAL) on two other dogs, but later failed to show up for the court date. The State Attorneys Office filed FELONY Cruelty Charges on Jan. 13, 2010 for the death of *Hooch*, but Johnson was not located and the warrant was not able to be served.
