Sounds like complete ignorance and a very sad case of some unintentional neglect.

Makes me feel even stronger about the need to re-introduce dog licences and I also believe other licences for different animals.

Those poor dogs !!! Some people havn't got a clue !! THey just think, I love my animal, there for my animal is ok It takes so much more than that
