Cat antifreeze deaths Nottingham

Just seen today's local paper and it says there have been four suspected antifreeze deaths in the Clifton area reported to police over the past two weeks, so if you live there and have cats it's as well to know. There was a mention of Yewdale Close and Havenwood Rise, and locals say the total is more than four.

yikes!
there was a woman arrested locally, she was said to have killed over a dozen owned cats who were allowed to roam, and unknown numbers of feral cats - plus of course, any wildlife who ate the bait!

she put out cans of tuna laced with antifreeze, gak -
a couple of dogs got sick, but they were saved by vet care.
i hope they catch the perpetrator - nasty!

It's awful that newspapers have been giving out the "recipe" (see the thread about Rod Liddle (spelled Little on the heading). You do wonder if there's any connection between the publicity given to that recent court case and the current spate of killings in this country.
