It's not uncommon for this (Bestiality {sex with animals} ) for this to happen
in certain parts of the US. The fact that it occured in S. Carolina is no supprise. Years ago my Pet-Rights group had dealt with this problem, and managed to get some bills passed making it illegal in some States. We had a member who set up a web site called A.S.A.I.R.S. or ASAIRS (Forgot what that stood for...) but that and the owner seem to have dissappeared.
