There really isn't anything to say, except that I hope they find the poor Canadian goose and treat it.
As for the 'youths' responsible, I do hope that they are caught and punished but I sincerly doubt it. If they do something like this again though, I do hope they are caught and punished severely.
I also hope, although not likely, that they feel atleast some guilt for their actions.
What is the matter with society now?
