Ohio Breeder Appalled by Fatal Mauling / Search for dogs reached across U.S. - SFGate

this is such an incredibly twisted, strange story.
i was very angry that her neighbors did so little about the dogs.
AFTER her death, all these reports surfaced about lunging threats, growling, dogs snapping at passersby,
menacing or even biting other dogs ---- but nobody REPORTED many of those incidents.

if more people had, a 33-YO woman might not have died.
