Pit Bull Linked To Lakeside Dog Attack Captured - San Diego News Story - KGTV San Diego

the dog has been repeatedly at large, & the owner apparently lives in a trailer on a vacant lot;
the property is UNFENCED & the dog has no tether. The smaller dog was on her own property,
and has over $1600 in vet-bills.
