the eejit was doing community service, had his son With Him, & was feeding the dog!, at the time.
can it get any more wrong? [maybe if there was a bitch in heat & another intact-male dog in the kennel run...]

Lord help us, what a poor daddy. Puts his child at risk, with a dog who had a bite-history?
