I have had many dogs and also many cats. You can find that dogs will meet you at the door and want you to pet them and cats just seem to be distant. I want to know why is it that dogs are more loyal than cats to owners?

I have two dogs and 4 cats, I get greeted by both, when the cats were outdoor cats, two of them used to run to greet us when they heard the car. I cant help thinking however that your post is just designed to annoy cat owners as you are basically saying cats cant be as loyal as dogs, its very generalising and might have been true about your cats but it certainly isnt true about mine.
