Duck farm mistreatment of ducks

Sorry to put this distressing news story on here but I think it's worth highlighting the treatment that these animals sometimes receive.

Exclusive: Farm Staff Caught Abusing Ducks - Yahoo! News UK

I am certain it isn't limited to just one duck farm either. I used to know someone who worked on a duck farm in the midlands where I used to live and said the 'catchers' used to come during the night (presumably so no-one could see how they actually catch the ducks) and the treatment of the ducks was just abysmal. They used to grab a duck and throw it into the corners where the ducks all used to congregate in order to get them moving.

All destined no doubt for our beloved supermarkets... This kind of thing sickens me. The more people that are aware of it the better.
