Over the last couple of weeks there have been some sickening things happening to peoples pets by cruel sadistic humans.
I just wondered if anyone knows of a human thats done something good for a animal.
It would be nice to hear some happy pet news if anybody can find any.

I wanted to adopt her when she was abandoned. But she was to far away...beautiful loyal dog.

It's nice to hear Gingers story has a happy ending, I saw this on the news and thought it was a dispicable thing to have done to a poor dog. But truth is she's better off now, coz she is going to someone who really wants her and will care for her.

I use my two wonderful Akitas Max and Adora as Blue Cross Education Dogs. We go into school to teach young people how to act responsibly towards and safely around dogs. Last week we went into a school in South London to speak to a group of 5/6 year olds. I always allow plenty of time at the end of the session for questions. Kids at this age find it almost impossible to differentiate between a question and a statement. One young man raised his hand. I asked him what his question was. He glared the the boy sitting next to him and said "Jamal keeps licking me". I really had to bite my tongue not to laugh. I thanked him for sharing his comments with the classIt's little things like this that really make sessions at schools all the more rewarding

Good for you .It's great that some kids are getting to learn about dogs at school. I think animal welfare should be taught at all schools, then maybe we wouldn't have all these horrible things to read about.
