Animal Rescue of Tidewater Receives a $53,600 Grant from PetSmart Charities® to Spay/Neuter 1,650 Pets
Hurrah! 
they are now serving just one neighborhood with a free S/N mobile-surgery every Friday -
hopefully this will mean more neighborhoods will be provided with local free S/N, as transporting a pet
to a clinic is always an issue; walking the dog or carrying the cat to a local venue makes a Big, Big Difference,
bringing the clinic within reach of many-more people.
