My personal opinion on this issue Chris is that disabilities can take different forms. There is actual physical disability, and mental disability and internal disability but as this is mainly a photogenic competition is it not fair to say that these cats that have lost a set of two main front teeth causing their tongues to loll out, have a 'disabling feature' compared to other cats?

Errrmmm, tricky one this

Question Re: Pet Forums 2008 Cat Show - Rules

Would a missing canine be classed as a disability in a GCCF/TICA show?

No it wouldn't WN, however if their was another cat with a full mouth in that class then that cat would probably do better

Re: Pet Forums 2008 Cat Show - Rules

Like I said before, it is a photogenic competion at the end of the day, and loss of two major front teeth is a disfiguring disability. If anybody still strongly objects to these two cats going through please pm me and I will leave the final decision on the matter to Admin. Thankyou. C.x

Maybe call the Domestic section the Cross Breed or Moggie section as technically all of these breeds are Domestic that and it might be a litte easier to work out for those that aren't big cat showers and just want to show their moggies off to the public!

Re: Pet Forums 2008 Cat Show - Rules

Please could everyone make sure that their entries show whether male or female especially in respect of the domestic section as this is soon to be split into the two separate genders. Thank you. C.x.
