Try and clear you mind and concentrate on your breathing. Start at your head and imagine each part of your body foatng to the cieling. Then imagine a place in your head where you would like to be (don't bring other people into it just a beautiful restful place), then concentrate really hard on the details in your place and block all other thoughts. It takes some practice but you should find it helps xx

Am busy today but can do you a sleep meditation when i get back. PM me to remind me next week. To be honest the dvds you get in garden centres are ok as long as it has nice tinkly music and a soft voice it should help. I don't know what your financial situation is but if you can afford it i would highly recommend "decent" Reflexology. It would help with all sorts of stuff you have going on xx

Yeah Zinc is probably the most important mineral for male fertility i just googled this for you. Try not to get too deep into it. But Folic acid is a must and Zinc is widely recommended for the old swimmers.

I think that contains folic acid ??? Just check. It's the really important one in the early stages. Is Mr Sequeena taking Zinc?
