Happy birthday!

Not as much as I should (when it comes to family) The OH and I did have a holiday in Munich last year which was lovely. So different from the north where I come from. Trouble is, I speak so little german these days that I really struggle. How'd do end up in England then? I started as an Au-Pair, met a guy just before my year was up and the rest as they say is history.

Hiya, didn't want to get accused of hi-jacking that accent thread with talk of our 'motherland' lol. This is my 16th year in England in July. I'm originally from a tiny little village near Oldenburg (or Bremen as the nearest recognisable bigger town) How about you?

Aw no, as if you had to work on a Sunday! what job are you in?
College is going good thanks, I only do a Monday and Tuesday so I can't complain too much
I found a ring which I've ordered, so I'm hoping it comes in time, and that she likes it! lol xx

That sounds so pretty! Bet it'll look great! My weekend hasn't been too bad thanks, just been pottering around and revising for college tomorrow lol. Off into town today though to get my mum a 60th birthday present how's your weekend been? xx
