      Hi NM

If you have a minute, there's a thread in General Chat called Behaviour, or something along those lines. I was wondering, if you get a chance, whether you could move it to Dog Chat or T&B, as it's about a puppy?

      Here's the link:

Hi, sorry to bother you,but not sure who to contact about this. Could the post Why was the Dogs Trust whistleblowing post removed, be removed.
I find it in very bad taste to be on a public forum, and surley shouldn't be allowed. I have put my thoughts on regarding this post, but would like the post removed if possible.thank you for reading.

Doesn't take much to actually read the statute if you're going to (mis)quote it. No drama in the truth though :)

Y W... in my opinion Mod or not the owner needs some honest advice for the sake of the dog and I do not believe sugar coating it will get them anywhere, my sympatiy lies with the pooch

Thank you for the Rep' Margaret.

And by the way, instinct told me the kisses would be for his lordship. I mean, if there are any kisses up for grabs in this house HE always manages to grab them.:001_rolleyes:

Here's to hoping you, Ferdie and Diva are doing well.:001_smile:

      Hi newfiesmum,

The study I posted on petsforum has now closed and I therefore do not need anymore participants. As you are a moderator, I'd very much appreciate if you could delete my account from petsforum.co.uk.

      Thank you,
      Hope

Actually, she assures us it wasn't her vet who suggested it [thank DoG for small favors], it's her own choice, as she says his own barking "makes him worse".
No one has yet convinced her that shutting off his airway could contribute to his stress, & thus his aggro.

      Yikes! -
new member MylesAMinute just said she doubles the muzzles on her dog, using BOTH a nylon-tube AND a basket-muzzle -
to "prevent him barking & winding himself up"! --- Color me stunned; she doesn't seem to get the risk of tying a dog's mouth closed, when he's incredibly stressed [aggro], & this can only make him worse. :nonod: Gawd, i hope her vet did not OK this - that would be simply beyond the pale, for medical pros.

      dear Goddess! -
 The mind boggles. Not just the poor kids, but the women!
What a sin. // Yes, at least there's *less* "Keep mum about it",
but my elder sis' favorite reflexive saying is, "What will the neighbors
think / say?...", which is probly part of why i avoid her.
I rarely care much about my neighbors' opinion of my home decor, my
wardrobe, my choice of job or the hours i keep or ____ . Yet i usually get along
fairly well with my neighbors! --- Go figure, eh?
Have a lovely solstice, hun. I'm job-hunting [again].

The picture is of Ferdie (on the armchair) and my darling Joshua who I lost in September 2011, aged just 3 years. I now have Ferdie and Diva, my first female dog ever and she is gorgeous!
