    Oh your all pink!
Sorry the things missing to put a message on your puppy problem.
We have had the same i got a puppy and it was riddled with health problems in the end her liver was realising toxins that where going in to her brain and slowly killing her so we did the only kind thing and had her put down at only 14weeks old bless.
We rang the breeder more for a warning to contact the other puppy owners to warn them to look out for things, she did not want to know was rude and never said sorry or offer us our money back at it was alot of money back then we tried and tried with her but she was just so rude we contacted the kc and reported her as the vet said it is her bitch thats got some thing wrong and will keep passing this brain problem on to her litters. the vets wrote a report for us and i gave a copy to the kennel club and her we never had a sorry or our money back. Don't know what the kc can do about it but they did contact all the other puppies she sold and warned them. I regards to money payed out on pup and vets bills you may have to go through small claimes if you ever want to see it again.
Good luck and i really feel for you it so hard when you have waited so long and love your new pup so much. just try and do right by the pup sounds like it would be better at dogs trust then going back to her
