Feeling a lot better today thanks, there is an excellent APDT registered trainer living nearby - haven't contacted her yet but she would be my best bet, even though as another behaviourist already said, can't do anything til the kids stop, it's a people behaviour prob not a dog one! Having her on my side would help though and I can easily set it up so she sees what they do. Merlin, on the plus side, is a very bright dog and I have every hope it will work in time once they stop. But they are such idiots, not realising that any dog they wind up will not forget them for the rest of his life... I'd say he has more brain than all of them put together. Are you near Williton? Would be lovely to meet up one day if you can get to my mum's, I don't drive and as you know Street's a bit isolated re trains. I visit every 8 wks or so... it's nice to get away but I couldn't live there again!

Where in Somerset are you? My mum lives in Street & I grew up near there, went to school in Langport & college in Taunton. Still visit a lot!
