I am fine, taking Teigan for a scan this morning as she is 64 days and looks alot thinner than she did this time last year on her last litter (two pups), I know they cant of been absorbed as they have been moving over the last couple of weeks, and becasue the bones would be formed, so I can only hope that she have just dropped and they are in the horn hiding a bit. She is booked in for a scan this morning coz if there is only one left for some reason she is better being booked for C section and spay at the same time. got to take her down at 11.20 this moring, she isnt showing any signs of going into labour, but then again she didnt show any signs of first labour last time, and was eating and running around no runny poo etc last time, she just wants to be awkward lolol.xxxx

We both dont go out drinking or clubbing (too old lolol), so our only means of enjoyment is our cigs, not good I know but we enjoy it. Your brother will be able to give you alot of information on his food. Glad his is under control now.

Have a look at this site Janice, it is a pyramid of food chart, it gives you an idea of what you can eat.
Diabetic Food Pyramid Guide Going on this and some excersise will get rid of most of the belly fat too. SWIMMING is brilliant for using every single muscle in your body with out having to go to the gym. It tones too. I am going swimming again next week twice a week more if I can. We were told to avoid alot of Diabetis foods that are made especially for Diabetics as they have more sugar in them which suprised me. they said if you want jam on your toast then go for ornainary jam but dont have as much of it. (its tastes nicer too). My hubby lost 4 half stone altogether half of that was before he knew he had Diabetis.

This eating plan is so easy to follow and you loose the weight slowly and continuously too. Red wine is supposed to be good for your heart mind, (couple of glasses not bottles lolol).
Same here with the smoking, I started back again and the wieght stopped going on, but didnt some off, so that is why I had to do something and did this eating plan again, we are staying on it all the time now. It i s so easy to follow. If you go to your doctors and ask for a menu thing that they give the people with Diabetis it will show you what you can and cant have.

No Frying at all, we use a grill, we make our own stir fry and always cook in Olive oil. Sweetners in everything, the one we buy is Sweetex and on cerials we use Silver spoon Sweetness and Light in a jar. chicken we eat alot of as it is so low in everything, pork now and again same with Beef. It isnt a diet as such it is just being carefull what we eat. I find it good as it is food that we will be able to eat alll the time, with Wieght watchers etc when you loose the weight you still have to watch your calorie intake when you reach you goal and come off it. But with this it is an eating plan for ever. We find it so easy to use and we still have a bar of choc or icecream if we want one.

Hubby was diagnosed 3 years ago with Diabetis, and he had to watch what he ate, so I went on the same eating plan as him and lost 3 stone, but when I gave up smoking I piled on 2 stone. so all we do is watch what we eat, only 2 eggs each per week, 2 potato's each 3 times a week, skimmed milk in tea although I take semi skimmed, We dotn eat as much fruit as we did do as there are ALOT of hidden sugars in fruit, they are natural sugars but they still add up.
