yeah i know what you mean, i just hate seeing the doctor, but if it doesnt improve i think i might have to,

havent been to the docs, dont think i could bend down and get in the car,lol . not sure what i done, i did have a really sharp pain last week when i was in the garden cleaning up after the dog, i bent down abit quick and didnt bend my knees, and the pain shot across my back and i did really swear, it bloooming well hurt, so maybe it was that,???

yeah my daughter booked today off work and has taken the little two to town, the park then macdonalds, so i can rest,and wont have to try to cook them any thing, its the tops off my legs that are really aching, my bum has gone dead, im walking like i have s*** myself, it hurts to lay down, it hurts to sit up or stand, its driving me nuts,

im layed in bed at the mo, but you know what its like, dogs to let in and out kids to see to, its blooming killing me, other half has booked the rest of the week off to help me, cos im srtuggling, its sooo annoying,
