a shipping-crate can often be bought used - a 2-ft x 3-ft should fit him as an adult easily, my adult-Akita used one with no probs.

I don't know if you have left for Stoke yet but at the moment it is snowing here. Just very fine stuff at the moment. The good news is the council say they are now gritting the side roads and pavements in our area so its not as icy as it was.

That would make me nervous knowing your cats waiting for the perfect chance. I have read a few horror stories about that. Thats why even tho I really want to get pet rats I want to wait until we have room to keep them seperated from the cats.

Thats one of the reason why I gave up Eddie my bird, the only rooms in this house with doors are the bedrooms and bathroom. So the only time he could come out of his cage was when I put the cats in the bedroom. I didnt feel it was very fair to him

I wish my guys were like that but they would probably watch it walk on by. Moe did that with a mouse once, he got it in his mouth but didnt know what to do so spat it back out lol.

Saying that they did put an effort into killing the laser pointer tonight, Soda is tuckered right out.

I just saw that you had missed spelled hissing and meant hiding instead. Wish I had stayed to find that out as I check my whole room even tho I knew there was no spiders.
