Poor Rudy, they actually seem to enjoy making us worry don't they!
I don't think there's much danger of Otto becoming too well trained, he still has plenty of deaf episodes! He spent most of last night's class wriggling around on the floor with his dachshund girlfriend. Every time we take one of them onto the floor to do an exercise the other one whimpers and whines until they're back together again!
Dogs r doin fine. Khias especially likin this wet spell plenty o dirty puddles to jump in. Wee Rudy was at vets though, kept in over night, stan feared the worse as he had no life about him, next day he was home and as good as new, as with most o the vizslas vet reckons it was somethin he ate. Thats enough o the trainin, don't want you pair showin me up.
Hiya, how are you and the pooches?
Otto did well in class last night. He's passed all of his puppy positions (sit, stand, down) and is doing really well with walking to heel.
He got used as the demo dog last night as the trainer wanted a "food orientated" dog. That'll be Otto then! He was very good and learnt quickly even though it was obviously taking every bit of restraint in his body- he was learning to leave food that was placed in front of him until he was given permission to eat it!
there brill . you have all got him wasted. Especially like the ones wi him on the table (harveys prone to that sort of thing as well) and the ones on the green bed wi the big serious face.(161)
I've emailed you the link. I think I might ask if I can stand up for the recall next week. Having an Otto hurling himself at you at floor height is a little unnerving!
