Missing Tabby High Wycombe

Hi

I'm hoping someone can help. We brought home two cats (mum & daughter) today from the animal sanctuary and within a few minutes of being in the house the daughter escaped through a window we hadn't realised was open.

I spotted her but she jumped over a fence into someones garden and has now disappeared.

She's really scared being that she doesn't know what's going on. She had only been in the sanctuary a couple of weeks and prior to that had a loving owner who unfortunately couldn't take them with her when she moved house.

We're devastated and desperate to get her back. If anyone sees her please contact me. My number is 07740346056

Ohh I'm sorry to hear that

I'm a couple of towns away from Wycombe, not likely that she'll turn up here but I'll keep both ears and eyes out for her! I hope she turns up safe and soon soon!!

Re: Missing Tabby High Wycombe

Thanks Dimah

Quick update:
Marty tried to come back but got spooked by next doors cat. Next doors cat has been taken in for the night and we have been sitting by the back door watching to see if she came back. I then took a wander down the garden and found her on top of our other neighbours shed. She is very scared though and won't come to us. We put treats down to try to lure her into our conservatory which eventually worked, but when we tried to get round to shut the door she heard a noise and ran off. I'm concerned now that she won't come back.

Are there any ideas for trying to catch her?

No longer missing! So happy to have her back. She's so scared though, she's in the cubbyhole behind the fridge (please don't worry the hole is bigger than the fridge and she can get out easily).

Any recommendations for convincing her not to be scared? She hasn't even had any of the treats I left there for her.

That's wonderful! What a relief. I was going to suggest leaving some tuna or some raw chicken to entice her in but anyway glad she is back safe and well.
