Thought id share a couple of pics of my tiny occelated skink, he is about 6 inches long at the min but his little size dusn't stop him bein a big character. Ive only had him a couple of months, and it is taking ages to tame him, but that was expected, this is my first reptile, just wondered if anyone has any advice on little skinks for me as in taming or feeding him. I feed him a few little crickets a day and once a week I giv him a tiny piece of dog food with his calcium on it, but he also has his uv light thing which i put on for a few hours a day which brings his mid day temperatures up (more than his heat bulb on its own would). I really want t do the best for him so any advice would be appreciated.







Still can't pick him up yet but he is begining to approach my hand, he is alwasy sitting looking out of his home and gettin braver by the day lol

He will only grow to 10-12 inches at the most so he will always be very tiny lol
