my friend has rescued a bearded dragon
my friend has "rescued" a bearded dragon. it came from a teenage girls flat who had not been feeding him and had the wrong lighting and such like. im going round to see it later. they not sure of age but its same size in length as their eldest one. they weighed them last night and their healthy one of similar length is 285 grams and the one theyve rescued is 83 grams. she said hes very skeletal looking. he has eaten a little and he cant even walk properly just shuffles. fingers crossed he recovers the poor lil thing

Re: my friend has rescued a bearded dragon
if the dragon hasnt had a good diet and hasnt had enough calcium and vitamin D3 then its probably suffering from calcium deficiency, if you dont get this animal to the vets asap this condition will more than likely prove fatal.
