How about the internet? Swell reptiles UK springs to mind and they've always delivered my dry equipment on time and they offer reasonable discounts. Or if you sign up at RFUK, there are a few equipment and vivarium suppliers who post regularly that you may be able to obtain a member's discount from, try in the shop classifieds.
