Im wild they put tail up in the air when it rains and water goes down the groove down ther back into mouth but they do get a certain amount through locusts and veg and can survive on this.Putting water bowl in viv is not an option as humidity will go up so i give with syringe and he laps it up.Does any one else give beardie drink and how?

We don't give our's a drink, but when she has her salad there is always water in the bottom and she drinks that, she also has a drink when she has a bath

i put a water bowl in the cool end of my beardies 5 foot viv wen i had ours, didnt do them no harm and they was in it most days bathing and drinking, they loved it.

Occasionally I give Ozzy a dish of water, sometimes he drinks it, sometimes he doesn't.

They do have trouble seeing still water though, so it's best to move it with your finger.

i do the same,,, mine also loves to sit in his water bowl lol

Mine has a water bowl constantly in the cool end of the tank, changed every couple of days. He doesnt drink it that often but I have seen him. I also offer him some with a syrynge every three days or so and he'll have some if he wants it. But to be sure (iworry a bit) i spray him once a week. I guess its just like raining I like to keep him on his toes.

Hi - our 2 german giants love their water They have a bowl at one end of the viv for drinking (which they do after every meal - quite sweet really) and a larger bowl/bath in the middle of the viv which they seem to like fishing out locusts lol

mine always has a bowl of water in the viv. I no some people dont put water in with theres but i have seen my beardie drinking out of his bowl. i still mist his salad and bath him ect but i still give the water
