Re: bearded dragon sam

how old is your beadie?

ours are on 5th/6th hoppers and are about 7 months old.

we don't feed crickets as we were finding them all over the house

Re: bearded dragon sam

try him/her on hoppers

try giving them 3rd's as they shouldn't be too smal that they get through the whole tub and they won't be too big that they choke on them

Re: bearded dragon sam

Are you using the correct dosage of Nutrobal? You can overdose. And it should be correctly used with calcium powder too.

Food items should generally be smaller than the gap inbetween it's eyes.

Try crickets again, sometimes they can attract lizards attention better as they tend to run around, whereas locusts/hoppers tend to sit around and stay quite still.

Re: bearded dragon sam

hey muzza, you need to be dusting with a calcium powder aswell , nutrabol is a mulitvitamin powder so should only be given once a week for young beardies, you should dust with calcium powder such as calypso 5 days a week for young beardies. IF you have only been giving your beardie nutrabol he could have early stages of MBD which would mean being handled would be painful hence the bad mood, get some calcium powder asap you can get it off ebay. Also give us a more detailed description of your setup plz.
