Playing outside?

Well, the weather has been really warm recently and i just took Till out to have a wander on the grass. He ended up trying to eat the grass and scared a little girl, but thats not the point!

Anyone else had their lizards outside?

Re: Playing outside?

I can imagin having Beardies outside is more than a little worrying, i'd be terrified i'd leap off under a hedge!

The only think i have to worry about with Till is that he seems to think everything is edable, so he'll stand where ever i'v put him down and just try to take a bite out of what ever is infront of him.
Went for the corner of a paveing slab yesterday! Silly boy

Still, i'v taken him out every day its been sunny, even if its only for a short while (because i don't handle the heat very well) because i'm sure there are things in sunlight we can't create in a vivarium.

Re: Playing outside?

i try and take my beardie out in the sun everyday, and she just stays on my knee and just soaks up the sun (which makes her go blue) but if i put her on the grass she just toddles around but doesnt go fast as she has eye problems

Re: Playing outside?

we allow our beardie out side but only on grass so he dont eat any thing he shouldnt.Beardies also have third eye on top of head so any thing flying over scares the s**t out o him.I did nearly loose him once and it was lesson learnt This year were gonna buy rabbit run so he will be safe in that.

this is our dragon taking over dogs water bowl.
