i have used them before when i first got my lizards and my AFT happily ate them but now none of them will touch anything that isnt moving
also they cant be gut loaded so not particularly beneficial to them.
Also have livefoods is enrichment for them to encourage the natural hunting techniques rather than handing there food on a plate
