Feeding Bearded Dragons

For my college assignment I have to find out what percentage of protein carbohydrate and fat should be in a bearded dragons diet, does anyone know?

Re: Feeding Bearded Dragons

Choose 1 or two vegetables from the following list (grated):
Yellow squash, pumpkin, green beans, carrot

Choose 1 fruit (only offer a very small amount of this, and this is optional):
Strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, raspberry, mango
Mist the salad with water to aid hydration. Bearded dragons get most of their water from their food, and rarely drink.
The best insects to offer bearded dragons include crickets, feeder roaches (such as Dubias), and for adults, Zophobas worms. They may also enjoy silk worms and phoenix worms.
If your dragon is a hatchling (under 6 months old), offer it insects 2 or 3 times per day. If it is 6 months to 18 months old, offer it insects once a day. If it is 18 months or older, offer it insects 2 or 3 times per week. (Adult dragons eat mainly salad). Give it as many insects in one sitting as it can eat in 15 minutes, and remove any that remain afterward.
