It's a tricky one as you have entered a legally binding contract. But I don't know what has happened and what's been said between you two.

Well if you have that in writing - and now they can't for whatever reason, they your aren't obliged to pay.

If I were you I would buy a 4ftx2ft viv, saves you buying 2 then.

They are actually surprising easy to build yourself.
