Re: Stanley the Green Iguana PICS!

hehe, he's gorgeous!!! lol. What a sweetie. I had to reply that last post made me lol a little bit. We ve had our iggy for 2 and a half years now and always always thought he was a little man and then one morning I came down to iggy eggs in 'his' viv. Showed no signs of having eggs beforehand, not overly large or anything. So had to run round like crazy creating a nesting box and get sand and all the rest. I was so worried as we had not prepared anything for her beforehand that she might become egg bound. Stayed awake with her for two nights keeping an eye. Luckily the now mrs iggy managed to have all eggs without problems. Enjoy, they are so amazing!

Re: Stanley the Green Iguana PICS!

you will be able to tell the sex when he is a bit bigger by looking underneath his pack legs area where the spore looking things are. they are big and easily visible if he is a boy and their jowls on their face (like big buffed up cheeks!?) if big, also means a boy. I have a boy iguana moe, love him to bits!
