Question Mixing Sexes - Leopard Gecko's

Hi there, Was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have four Leopard gecko's and at the moment the three girls live together and the male lives alone/ spends time with the younger female, All four get on fine but i was just wondering if they would be ok if i moved them all in together? I want a bigger viv so they can all live together but i don't want them hurting eachother.

Thanks

Most of the time it can be fine but the male can harass the females making them stressed. Also you can potentially have lots of eggs.

Personally i wouldnt risk stressing the females out, if they are happy as they are. But everyone has their own opinion.

Thank you for the advice, Although I'm not too worried about having lots of eggs as i intend for them to breed but I understand what you mean about the females being harassed, but everything seems to ok between them all x

Re: Mixing Sexes - Leopard Gecko's

I would keep them seperate. To breed the females must be at least 50g, and you have to give extra calcium before the mating and while they are gravid.

I have bred my biggest and best temperament female just over a year ago, I keep my females in 2 tanks (2 in one, 3 in another), and the male in his own tank. When I bred them I put the female into the males tank, let them mate then took her out.
