Slow Worm

My son and his friend found a slow worm the other day,he kept it for a couple of days then decided to release it in the fields near our horses. It was so friendly and didnt seem to mind being handled at all.

Re: Slow Worm

They are lovely, I was so upset on Fri cos I ran over one with the lawn mower and killed it, they did become quite rare, I hadnt seen any for years and now I have seen about 5 in my garden this summer

Re: Slow Worm

My neighbour thought he was really clever cos he tried to scare me with one he found in his garden but I took it off him and put it under my shed, one for the girls
