hi i lost my hamster two days ago he was 4 years old but he had a good life he love to get out of his cage and going for a run around the home and sometimes it cord take days to find him he was a loving little boy.

4 years was a good age! So you had a good amount of time with him.

I think the oldest hamster I've had was 2 and a half years or 3. They are great fun... as long as they aren't biters!

Wow! I think 4 is a pretty impressive age. I have rats, and I would be delighted if I could have 4 years of happy memories of each of them. The pain you feel will fade, but the love and affection you shared will always be strong.
