No matter what pet you decide on, ultimatley the responsibility will fall on you!! I have three kids, 8, 5 and 3 yrs old. We have had a hampster, a goldfish, love birds and 2 guinea pigs. We now have 1 choc lab and three bengal cats, and if im honest other than the fish the cats are the easiest.(They ate the fish!!). What type on animal do you like? start there, you have to look after them when she is not there.

Sea-Monkeys & Stick Insects sound cool, plus Fish and Rodents (Hamsters, Mice, Rats, etc..) will always go down well.
