Hi as you have guessed I'm new. I have a 2 year old staffie who loves people, can be aggressive towards some other dogs, no patterns except he hates all German shepherds and doesn't like loud bangs, such as gun shots, fireworks etc. When I'm walking him and he hears them he has a panic attack. It's not great being pulled home by a strong dog. Could do with some advice on how to handle the whole panic thing.

He chews a lot, howls at people and dogs he knows. He is great and wouldn't be without him.

Welcome. To upload, you can either click "Manage attachments" when posting a reply (under the additional options section) or you can sign up to a website like photobucket or imageshack and upload like that. The advantage with photobucket is the images come out large. Good luck

Welcome to the forum!

I'm quite new too and love the site - loads of great advice from lots of lovely people! Hope you find it as good as I have!

I would suggest posting a new thread in the behaviour section where someone with more experience will be able to advise you more. I'm sorry I can't but just learning how to help my wee devil to grow up and be a wee angel (nothing wrong with some wishful thinking!).
