I'm Ros and my son's Toby (14) - We're picking up our puppy on Sunday. Lhasa Apso called Tilly. She's gorgeous but we haven't a clue as I'm allergic to dogs so never been able to have one. Fingers crossed that I'll be OK as she's supposed to one of the better ones for allergies?!?!?
I'll be reading all the advice I can! Cheers

I've spent a few hours with them - 5 minutes with a labrador and I can't breath. I've done loads of research, but the general consensus is that everyone is different! I'm just hoping that cos she's so small I will de-sensitise which I've done with some friends' pets.

Can anybody point me to a good link for all the basics.
