A Kong is a dog toy made of rubber, they are hollow in the middle, and can be stuffed with treats for the dog to get out. a lot of people freeze the Kongs with a treat inside

I have a puppy one of these and give it to Mac - also a twist and treat (search ebay for these) that really keeps him occupied. You can use the kong recipies for these too.

Another treat he gets are real bones from the butchers once or twice a week - do not feed chicken bones or cooked bones! Our butcher doesn't charge for them. He loves them. Just tell the butcher it's for a dog and don't make them too big as he's only small! Mine tried to give me a huge bit almost the size of the dog! lol!

He loves ice cubes too and chases them about and dribbles everywhere! lol! He looks like there's something wrong with him when he does it. He's also learned to toss it it the air and then run after it. They are good for his sore gums when he's teething.
