Ahh Hazel Grove? Good old Stockport where the planes fly low, ive got friends up there. Where do you live now then? I wanna leave this country, cant stand it now. Im suffering from severe holiday blues after returning from a family holiday recently, but i think its my time now, so been looking at buying abroad.......oooooo i can see it now, sun stroke and drunken nights galore! lol

I live in Leeds now...born here but moved around a lot.
Totally agree about wanting to live abroad...I've only been back in the UK since 2006 and I've had more than enough!!

My parents live in Cyprus so always looking at the prices to move out there. I love Greece and the Islands so would be better to move where I at least have family. Every other time I lived abroad, I've had no family at all.

My parents did it at the right time 5 years ago, when their house sold for a decent price and the villa they bought was much cheaper...that was when they still had the Cypriot pound. Bit different now they have the Euro, so would be much more expensive.

I love life in Cyprus...plus I can take the pets...mum has 2 dogs and an African Grey parrot out there who speaks Greek now, aswell as English!!

Yea the prices are a lot higher now but if you shop around there are a few low priced places very good value for money. I wont be doing it for a while tho as i wanna get married first and make sure the kids are comfortable enough in school to be moved without it affecting em too much. Ive recently started having a Spanish tutor for Kobie (my eldest) but its a bit expensive and im yet to see results so only time will tell.
Ive not been to Cyprus yet but would love to go, ur parents are so lucky to live there.

My mum is always calling me telling me about various places for sale near her.

We will be getting married in Cyprus anyway so no need for us to wait when we find the right place! xx
