Hiya Chloe, thank you for the welcome
The course is great, VERY informative and essential learning especially if you have your own pack. Ive done psychology (for humans) aswell so that really really helps in the way that you approach the handlers with explanations of what they should/need/have to be doing to have a stable and balanced dog again. There is no specific Uni course for the Cannine side of psychology so you have to watch who you do the course with as there are a lot of independant education organizations that offer the course but with no recognized qualification in the subject. Mine is with the open Uni as they are the only organization that offer the recognized qualification.
Yea ive got my own little pack 2 AmBulls , a JRT, Rottie mix, 2 Ridgebacks
No more on the way yet though lol

Its really easy because you can complete it kind of in your own time, there is a time limit but its not an unrealistic time limit so as long as you have prior basic knowledge of dogs in general, and the time to put into studying, youll fly through it. Its actually the Open College and not Uni as i said in my previous post...and oh my, i have 3 Ridges, not 2...i lose count sometimes (Sorry Puppz)
My Rottie mix is Tyson and he was my first, then came Ice and Blade my 2 male American Bulldogs. I have Mr Moo, Pokey and Keira my 3 Ridges...and patch my male JRT. i want more though so watch this space!
Are you thinking of doing the Dog Psy course? Its great to have under your belt and a must for anyone who has there own pack.

Lol!! Our Cocker is due on the 20th of june. This will be her third and last litter.
I amt hinking about it, but i also want to do dog grooming as business wise i hear its good money But i would love to do canine physcology just for the sheer love of it
Well my new faourite dog i want is a northern inuit. A couple of members have some and i have fallen in love. But also an austrailian shep, beglian shep Ter, Rottweiler, Eng shep, leonberger and poss a lurcher or great dane
If i could i would have all breeds...I'm a bit nuts like that

Wow thats a nice colourful list of dogs lol, Leonbergers eat you out of house and home lol. I remember when i was little i always wanted one of each breed, obviously when you grow up you realise the reality of your wants and needs I always though my "own" first dog would be a Saluki as they used to be my favourite breed, but im still yet to get one. Oh, im getting a cat on Friday, he is a neutered male Exotic, blue smoke type and i cant wait. He's 2 years old and big for a male apparently, as ive not yet met him. Im so excited cuz ive wanted an Exotic for ages n ages!
Im not sure on a name yet but my son wants to call him Garfield lol, typical kids! The lady who currently has him is re-homing due to moving country so ive promised her he'll have a ball living with us as she is really upset about letting him go. Ill be able to open a zoo soon
