The Minkey is on a distinguished road
Another newbie waves hello

Hi,

Having lost my old boy, Thomas, earlier last year after 17 years of companionship, I didn't think I would get another cat. But a little over a month ago I opened my door to a sweet-natured (supposedly) Norwegian Forest Cat called Tia, and a couple of weeks later a Maine Coon X kitten arrived to complete the household. I've called him Kato, after the character in the Pink Panther films who leaps out to attack Peter Sellers at every opportunity. Tia is coping with his kittenish joie de vivre very graciously ;-)

I guess my main interest is diet and I'm looking forwards to reading other people's experience and recommendations: I'm a firm believer in feeding high meat content/low carb food and very interested in learning how to create well-balanced raw meals as near as possible to what nature intended cats to eat.

Cheers,

Sue
