Hello!

Hi! I've browsed this forum once in a blue moon for over a year, and my friend mentioned it to me recently so I thought it was about time I joined! Might as well introduce myself and my fur kids.

My name's Sharna, I'm 17 and I'm studying an Animal Management course at college. I know I want a career with animals, but I'm still making up my mind on what exactly that may be! I think studying behaviour seems up my street; so does dog training and canine behaviour. Maybe I'll even go on to a Vet-Nursing course next year - who knows at the moment!

This is Wispa, my 3-y/o 'mini' Border Collie (we think she's a mix, though we got her from a farm so maybe she's got who knows what mixed in there - if it's a good worker, I s'pose it's a good idea to breed it! ) We used to do Flyball until funds got too tight. Hoping to start agility sometime in the future. Also, don't let her name decieve you - I'm fairly certain she qualifies for the title of nosiest dog in the world.

This is Sandy, my 11-y/o kitty. She used to be obscenley overweight, due to her manipulative ways (stalking and attacking you when she was hungry, attack the baby when she was hungry, attack the puppy when she was hungry...) but after a scare with her kidneys she's now slimmed down to a lovley normal weight (though her tummy is still flabby. )

Sooo... Nice to meet you all!

Re: Hello!

I also have six fishes, but I don't have much to say about them except I took them on after my uncle was going to flush them down the toilet live. I have no idea what genders they are but I've had them well over six months and I think they're fully grown, no babies so I assume they're either all the same gender or the conditions in my tank just aren't suited for breeding? :P I really happy there's no babies though, so it's all good.

Thank you! And yeah, it's my family's favourite chocolate bar, haha. We actually took this photo: CLICK ME and sent it to the official Wispa facebook page. Very embarrassing as they forgot to tell everyone that Wispa never ate the chocolate, so I got a lot of comments form strangers reminding me Choccies were poisonous to doggies! :P They mean well of course, but it can make you feel a bit irritated being treated like you know nothing, if you get what I mean?
