Re: Hello, if I can help...

This isn't the kind of op that can be done using keyhole. It only applies to surgery within a body cavity, ie the abdomen, chest, bladder (and ear!). I would recommend that the lump is removed though....

The web site is designed to be an info source for clients (and anyone!). I have felt for a long time that to be open regarding fees and prices is vital. The site went live in the dark days before we vets were allowed to advertise our fees... tut tut.
You are right there is a roundabout/swing thing going on, but in 2005 the Competition Commission told us to cut drug prices and recommended that we increase fees - just doing as I was told!
Also, to help with drug prices I started a shop in 2005, only the third one available at the time - now there are thousands!!

Re: Hello, if I can help...

Thanks. The web site is an information source for clients, but open, obviously, to anyone. The point about fees and prices is a good one. In 2005 the Competition Commission instructed vets to charge less for drugs and advised that we should charge more for fees. There are many practices who have ignored that advice and still charge far too much for drugs. I also started the online shop to help people with that battle to fight.
Cheers,
Stuart
